Paediatric Diabetes clerical co-ordinator, Band 3 - permanent - 22.5 hours
The Paediatric diabetes team provide consistent and co-ordinated care to children and young people with diabetes.We are committed to providing an excellent and innovative service in order forchildren/young people and their families to focus on their individual needs, health and wellbeing.
Our aim is for you to join us in providing the highest possible standards of holistic family centred care. The paediatric diabetes team prides itself on working collaboratively with the MDT.

Main duties of the job
Comply with Trust Patient access policy, health records Caldicott and data protection policies
Utilise patient EPR system and input data
Communicate effectively with patients, their carers and the MDT team
Book and rearrange appointments, and book interpreter if required
Arrange meetings and book rooms, take minutes of meetings and circulate to relevant professionals
